Neighborhood service center Ballard's "little City Hall" is at 2305 N.W. Market St. A range of information and help regarding city services, neighborhood grants, permits and programs is available 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Residents also can pay City Light and water, sewer, garbage bills as well as purchase pet licenses. Each Tuesday a Seattle Municipal Court judge visits the center. All court hearings, however, must be scheduled in advance. Telephone 684-4060. Community centers

Neighborhood Planning Office The Neighborhood Planning Office was created to help Seattle neighborhoods shape the way they will grow and change over the next 20 years.
