North Sound
Snohomish County is rural going on urban. Populous cities and suburbs like Everett and Lynnwood line the Interstate 5 corridor, but much of the county remains undeveloped countryside, dotted by small towns rich with history. Farther north, Skagit County retains much of its traditional rural character.

His day job is running an Everett ISP, but Bill Owens is first and foremost a dyed-in-denim, back-country, seat-of-the-pants, crop-dusting pilot who gained enough altitude and attitude to become a top-notch corporate jet pilot, flight instructor and aircraft mechanic. As a hobby, he writes in the sky.
