Is Wenatchee an aberration or example of routine practice?

THE POWER TO HARM Thank you for the superbly documented series on the Wenatchee witch hunt.

I am impressed that the police were so efficient at extorting false testimony and false confessions and that the prosecutors were so efficient at concealing exculpatory evidence and that the judges were so efficient at stripping defendants of their rights.

Can such impressive efficiency be achieved without long years of practice at extorting false testimony and false confessions and at concealing exculpatory evidence and at stripping defendants of their rights? If not, your investigation may have revealed routine practices (instead of an aberration) of the criminal justice system.
